Need help with a couple tip envelopes

I am looking for a couple tip envelopes...I have been in bed with the flu and reading through every thread I can find and have found most of the ones I need but I'm still missing a couple.....

I really like the ones that donatalie has but when I tried to go to her photobucket to look for these last few, I could not get it to work for some reason.....any help appreciated!!
