Just checked in for our flight at the 24 hr mark and we got A 43, 44, 45 for boarding. Can someone tell me what this means and how to best board, what to be aware of with Southwest? We are flying out of a smaller terminal in Minneapolis and plan to be there at least two hrs prior to departure. Thanks!

You will be in the first group that boards. They do special boarding (wheelchairs, etc) then A group which is A1-60. That is usually followed by family boarding then B and C boarding groups. They will have the A group line up by your number then will scan your boarding pass then you will board

There are poles where you line up with numbers, you line up next to your numbers when they call A boarding. You will then board in numerical order. You can then sit wherever there are empty seats are in the plane, which you should have many choices since you are in the A group.

Have fun!

Thanks to all who have responded so far! That clarifies a few things! :)
