Need help -- UPDATED!

I just signed on and had a message that I had to change my name. It took me something like 4 attempts to finally get a name approved and now, months later, I have to change it? Ok. I can deal with that. But...

ALL MY CREDITS ARE GONE. I had over 12,000. My stuff is still there so I guess that's the one bright spot.

Any words of advice on regaining those points -- or just words of sympathy -- would be appreciated.

Wow! That stinks! I hope it was just a minor glitch, but I would still send a message to the Black Hole, aka VMK. Tell them about the missing credits. Hopefully, you'll have them back by morning.

Yes, I agree that stinks. Greenie is right, try a letter to the black hole. I know people who have had to change their names; but I did not hear that they lost their credits! I hope they show up soon.

Actually it was 12,939 credits. How do I know? Because I got them back this morning!!

WoW, it is amazing who they ask to change their names and who they don't.
I have seen some 'questionable' names floating around vmk and yet they make people with 'normal' names change them.
