So if we stay on site we get to link our reservation to book adr 180 + 10 right? Now if I book a package now and change to room only if a discount comes out, they would cancel the original reservation and make a new one since room only and package systems are not linked apparently. So would I lose all my Adr that are connected to the first reservation? I understand anyone can reserve 180 days ahead but to get the 10 days, u need to enter the reservation number right? I'm kinda confused, please help.

I'm not sure why you'd expect to lose the ADR if you switched to RO. You can book that far out with a RO reservation too. As long as the check in date is the same you should be ok.

Once you have your resort reservation linked to your MDE account, it will know you're a resort guest and when you are eligible to make ADRs. You just do everything through your MDE account now -- ADRs, FP+, room reservations, magic maker -- it's all in one place and all of that information is accessed through your MB.
