Need help rooting a Nook Color

Can anyone explain the difference between the N2A and the San Disk? Is it worth the extra money? The N2A is about 40.00 dollars on Amazon for 16 GB?

The N2A is ready to go, you just plug it in and turn the nook on. With the sandisk it is just a blank card, you would need to follow the instructions in my post to load Cyanogenmod onto the card.
