Need help re-working design for tshirt.

I have a shirt design that I need to have some new ones made. I can't seem to copy the pic here, but have it in a jpg file. Is there someone available to help?

Another designer (can't remember if it was here or another site) created it for me a few years ago. I've contacted him to see if he could do it but I'm not getting a response.

I will not rework another DISigner's work without their permission as I would not want someone to rework mine. In some cases, however, we can recreate the original and put our own spin on it...

Re work may have not been the correct word. The design is the state of TX with Mickey ears on top and some wording on the bottom. I have one for each of the people going with their names on the Mickey ears. I just need additional names. So the design and artwork doesn't really change at all, just the names.

And, if it helps, I actually came up with the design and just had a designer put it in to the actual format for printing.
