need help!!! please!!!!

ok everyone i need so serious help!!! my son got a webkins for easter and we logged in and got a password and all that jazz. the we went to play with it and i can not see the bottom of the screen. and thats where all the info is, like to feed him to puchase rooms for him etc. how do i make it where i can see the bottom. i have tried just about everything.

anyone??????? please??????

We've never had that problem. Have you cleared your cache? There may not be enough space for all the graphics to load properly.

i have not marlynnp. what the heck is a cache and how do i clear it out????

up at the top on your task bar click on the web browser you are using, mine is Safari, and you should see a line that says empty cache, click on that a follow any other instructions.

which internet browser are you using?

on Internet Explorer's task bar you would select Tools, Internet Options, then depending on which version there will be a choice of deleting temporary internet files - that's the one you want to clear.

ok i did that and still won't work!!!!????OMG!!! i am so frustrated right now i could just cry!!! i really don't know what else to do. everytime i think "oh i can do that" SLAP in the face!!! reality!!!! UGH!!! and my ds is so sweet, "oh that's ok mummy, you'll figure it out. and when you do, just let me know"! and dh is NO help! he calls it my jutebox. has no clue about computers at all. give him a 78 ford f150 and he'll build it from scratch, but my computer is "something you waste time on!"

ok i've tried the steps on the webkinz site and still nothing......uuuuggghhh....
and now i'm not sure what i did, but when i come to the dis my name and password is gone......uuuuuggghhhh. i am so sorry that the bunny ever brought those stupid webkins things........ok i don't like the word stupid and it's known as a swear word around here, that's how much we dislike that word, but in this case i have to use it!!!! how do i at least put my name and password to stay in here so i don't have to keep logging in?????

Up at the sign in part for the DIS you should see a little box to check that says something like "keep me signed in" or "remember me".. check that box (click on it) and that should do it...

I'm out of the loop on webkinz so I'm of no help!

Whenever you clear your cache, history or dump your cookies, you have to re-login to any sites that you use. It can't remember you when you clear all that info out.

There was a thread on the budget board about webkinz a week or two ago and someone mentioned a similar problem. You might post there or look for the thread. If I find it, I'll put a link but I'm at work right now and have limited time this am.
