Need help please - dining question

We are going to Disney in May and my twin 17 year-olds LOVE Star Wars. I would like to make breakfast reservations for just them while I take my 12 year-old somewhere special for her since she loves SW but has no interest in meeting "the bad guys" LOL. MY QUESTIONS:
1. Can I make a reservation for 17 year olds without a grown up? It seems that when I try, I have to choose an adult in order to make reservations.
2. If I put myself as one on the ressie, can I send someone else in my place?
Thanks so much for any input!

You would get better responses if you posted this question on the Restaurant forum here on the DIS.
I believe you can book the breakfast for your 17 yo without you. If you are having trouble online I would suggest you call the Dining Reservation line to book it. The website can be flakey.
