I am helping friends plan their trip in July and I am stuck on Epcot. They will be traveling with their 2 daughters ages 5 & 10.
The Frozen attractions will be a must for them since they haven't been to WDW since 2011.

For those of you who have already booked FP+ for July was either the Frozen ride or Anna and Elsa fast passes available yet? Are fast passes still available for Anna and Elsa in MK?
Do we know what tier those attractions will fall under?

I am having a hard time making fast pass suggestions without knowing what will be available.

Just booked ours last week for July 10-16 no frozen ride or Anna and Elsa listed. Luckily mine have minimal interest in both. Your friend will just have to book what's listed and then change them when the A and E and Frozen ride open up....wishing her pixie dust!

I would say there is a 99.9% chance that the new Frozen ride will be a tier 1 attraction. If a fastpass is offered to meet Anna and Elsa I would guess that would be tier 1, too. Right now, the only true tier 1 attractions are Soarin and Test Track, so I'm sure the new Frozen attractions will replace the other current options. We are going in July, too, and would love to see the new Frozen attraction. Right now, I have Test Track booked and will change it if possible. I had heard that fastpasses to meet Anna and Elsa were extended through June in the MK, but I don't know if they are offered into July. It wasn't on our list this year, so I didn't check. I hope your friend has a great trip!

No, they aren't available yet. I'm checking every day, though. They likely will become available eventually, as Frozen Ever After is scheduled to open in June. My guess is that once they have a specific opening date, FP+ will become available, just as it did for Soarin'.
