My daughter and I have decided to do a cruise out of Port Canaveral next June. We also want to visit Atlanta and Orlando during this 2 wk vacation.

We live in Oklahoma. Should we:

A: Fly to Atlanta first, get a rental car and do our thing there then drive (or fly?)down to Orlando, do our thing there, then go to Port Canaveral for the cruise then fly home from Orlando

OR

B: Fly to Orlando and get a rental car and do our thing there, go to Port Canaveral for the cruise, then drive (or fly?) up to Atlanta and fly home from Atlanta.

I would choose A. I would compare the costs of renting a car in Atlanta and keeping it until you cruise vs renting in Atlanta, returning it there, flying to MCO, taking DME to WDW (I assume that's your plan), then taking the shuttle to port for the cruise and then back to MCO.

Thank you! I kinda got excited and didn't think to duh, check prices first till after I posted and it will be cheaper to fly to Atlanta first. Problem solved. I cannot figure out how to delete the post, are you able to? Thanks!
