Need help planning HH vacation

Hi!
I need some help. I would love to go to HH next summer but need to know if there is ANY chance of even getting a 2BR next summer. We have no particular week in mind. We do want to stay Sun.-Sat. though. Has anyone ever got in with a 7 month window??? Any help/advice is appreciated.

Can't give you any advice about 7 months for the summer, but I've gotten a 1 bdrm twice in the fall (Sept/Oct) at the 7 month window.

BTW< HH is wonderful! Relaxing, peaceful, interesting, etc etc etc.

With the exception of July 4th week, you have a very good chance of getting in at 7 mos. Before owning there, i always got in at 7 mos. There are more 2 br units than any other kind. I would call right at 7 mos. though, to be sure. Some people call day by day instead of the 7 mo. checkout day, so that might help too. Sat. is alot of points, may want to consider cash and ask if any discounts are available, you never know even tho it is high season. Good Luck! You will love it there, i'm sure!

Thanks! We are looking for a different vacation. We have several kids going that would love some outdoor activities. My mom wants to visit Savannah. I think HH has something for each one of us. We hope that we can try it.

We stayed at HH last year at the end of June in a 2BR. Came home on July 4 weekend. We were able to book it at the 7 month window. Had to waitlist a couple of the nights, but they came thru.

We stayed there in July a few years back. I had no trouble getting a 2 bedroom at the 7mos mark, but I called each day.

We have gotten week before Mem day last 2 yrs at 7 mos. Maybe I shouldn't be telling you this. It's almost time to reserve again . It's a great time of year to go.
