need help planning group trip

Hi Everyone

Im trying to get some figures for a group of people to go to WDW in 2008. We are a group of mothers with multiples, one in our group has quads one has triplets, therest twins. I dont want to get into the total figure concidering each family has such a different dynamics in numbers of children.

I dont knowwhere to start, i just want ot give an estimated number to them for staying inside WDW, tickets, and average meal cost per person, they themselves can crunch the numbers to their individual families ad then decide if they can go.


Any help trying to figure a month would be helpful, im sure vacation times would be best for most of them, however i know off peak is better for cost and crowds. So if anyone knows a slower vacation time that would help. WE wantto do a five day stay, 3 days in WDW no rental cars, that also would be up to the individual family.
If any of you haveplanned a huge gathering and have some tips on the best way for me to plan this id be greatful.

I can't even imagine planning a trip with that many children.
