I am planning a trip for next year with my DS, DN, and DBIL.
My DBIL will have to have a ECV, and will need a recliner to sleep in our room. My DS really wants to stay on site, since this will be the first trip for her whole family. It took alot of convincing on my part that we could make the trip possible with my DBIL's medical needs. He has had mutiple surgeries and walkes with a cain, or walker, and has to sleep in a reclining position at night to be comfortable. Thanks to a very kind person on this sight, I found a company to rent both. My problem is which resort will be able to accomdate us bringing in the EVC and the Recliner. Does disney allow this type of equipment in the resort rooms, or should we look at DVC's. We were thinking about the new All Star family suites. I would really appreciate any help I can get. There would be 5 of us total 3 adults and 2 children.

I would try for a 1 BR Villa at the BW. They are very, very roomy, and you can get to both Epcot and MGM by walking/wheeling, so no need for buses to those two parks.

The bedroom has a king bed, and by moving the little chest there should be room to add a recliner. The living room has a queen sleeper, and there is plenty of room for a recliner in several places in that room.

I don't think that there is enough room in a family suite to put a recliner without it totally blocking everything.

Thanks after looking at pictures of the suites I agree with you. The one bedroom sounds like it would have enough room for us and the recliner.

Thanks again.
