Okay I need some input here. We are thinking about changing our transfer plans of doing the DCL transfer to a towncar/limo service...and well after checking Happy, Tiffany, FL tours, and Quicksilver...I can't pick which one to go with.

Any information on the diffrent services from...were they on time...where did they drop off...were they clean... were there any problems at all with the transfer...how smooth was it?? Any help/input would be great. Oh and where do they pick up?

We will be staying at GKTW, our plan was to take our rental car back and catch the DCL bus at the airport.

We used Southern Elegance Limo and were very happy. Right on time, good price, spotless limo, friendly driver, and all our e-mails beforehand were answered quickly and accurately.

We have always used Tiffany Town car. They are ALWAYS on time, very courteous, clean, helpful. We ask specifically for Jerry. As a benefit to taking a towncar to the port, you can get there, checked in and on the ship before the DCL transferees come in.

We leave four weeks from tomorrow!!!:Pinkbounc

We use Golden Limo. Jim, the owner/driver is very friendly and full of helpful advice. His limo is spotless and stocked with beverages and he's always on time. If you're interested in getting a quote from him, PM me and I'll give you his phone # or e-mail address.

we use happy limo and are very, well, happy. they offer an suv between a towncar and a limo which is perfect for my family of 5. the rates are competitive, cars are clean, drivers are competant. this year we are using dcl transfer to the pier (dh thinks it's part of the experience) from mco and happy limo from the pier to disney and back to mco.

We used FL Tours last fall. We were picked up promptly for each segment of our trip (3-different times) The cars were immaculate. If you are doing a roundtrip with them - they will do a grocery store stop if you are interested.

We would definitely use them again.

What time to the DCL trasferees leave Disney World and how long does it take them to get to port.

Thanks

I've never used any towncar service, but gave all the info on them from these boards to a friend recently & he used Tiffany & really liked it very much. He said they were clean, courteous, on time & he recommended them highly.

dmancuso - the transfers pick up at different hotels beginning mid-am thru late-am & it takes 45 - 60 min. to get to the port from WDW.

We used Tiffany Towncar and Jack, our driver, was a great guy. He met us at the airport, got us loaded up and to the hotel, filled us in on what we were seeing beside the freeway, and played Disney music for the kids. The car was clean and comfortable, and had a booster seat so my 6 yo daughter could buckle safely and even see out the windows.

For the return trip Jack told us he would be waiting out by the tent starting at 8 am, and we could take our time getting off the ship. The porter took our luggage straight out to the car, it was so easy. I would highly recommend Tiffany Towncar.

We always use MurrayHill Transportation at www.transportation2disney.com. They have great rates, very clean cars/vans and the drivers are great. My two DDs just love Mr. John and Mr. Tony. For us, it would not be a trip to Disney without them!

We just came back and used Fl Tours.

Very dependable and brought a child's booster seat for my six year old.

Would highly recommend.

Thanks

HErbeeb, How much was the SUV? We have four adults and luggage is that too much for a towncar? I thought we would have to jump to the limo and the price is too high.

Chalk up another one for Tiffany Towncar.

We always use them and there's a coupon on their website as well!

Our driver that we always ask for is Humberto Souza. He's hilarious and is like a Ricky Martin lookalike. Has no problem stopping at the stores for you either.

Have used Tiffany Town Car 3 times and you CAN'T go wronge. Plan on using them again in August.:wave2:

Do any of these companies have a sort of land and sea package. We looked at taking a towncar from- Airport to WDW to Port to Airport.

Well Tiffanys has service to the port and back. We're using them for all our transfers so they must!

Happy Limo had to get help this past weekend and we were picked up by Bates Limousine Service - very nice, professional and interesting. Will consider using them next time!

Another vote for Tiffany Town Car. We used them this past Nov. They picked us up at Orlando Airport at baggage claim holding sign with our name on it. For return to airport, picked us up at lobby of CBR. They were on time, very professional, and car was immaculate. We are using them again for our next trip. No more Mears!:bounce:

We have just booked a Land Sea package with FLTours.

We also upgraded the MCO to Boardwalk from Town Car to Limo for an extra $70.
