Okay, they just set up my new Roadrunner id in Florida. I can't get my mail to work. It says it can't find the incoming and outgoing servers. What do I put in these fields? I'm using Outlook Express. For the incoming mail server, it says POP3. For the outgoing mail server, it says SMTP. I have no idea what I'm doing!!!!!!

I think for both mine are mail.ISP'S Name.net Call your internet provider. They will be able to answer that question very quickly.

Either call the ISP helpdesk or they may have an online help guide giiving you the answers you need.

You should be putting in your mail server location. Such as Mail.roadrunner.com. Check your provider for the info.

For roadrunner it would be:

pop3-server.xxx.rr.com (where xxx is the name of your city or service area)

smtp-server.xxx.rr.com

If you go to help.rr.com, you should be able to select which service are you're in. Then on the main help page you'll see a link called server addresses. That's where the addresses will be located.

In outlook express, you need to go into Tools, Accounts,
then select the account, then click on properties. Fix the server addresses from here.
