Need help on switching hotels

My dh has a conference scheduled for 2nd week of June 2003 in Orlando & dh's company books All Stars hotel. We have 5 in our family & need a different hotel. Does anyone know how this would work with switching hotels if someone else is paying? Thanks!

I think the only way to find the answer to this question is to have "dh" ask his company if there are any provisions for switching hotels. I would imagine they would pay up to the amount that they would pay at All Stars and you would be responsible for any additional $$$. Could end up being a very good deal for a family vacation.
