Need help on planning for July!! :)

Ok... I'm booking my reservations tonight.. Right after I type this post..
I'm going to be staying from July 1st - July 8th @ Dixielandings. The day I arrive I plan not to spend in the parks.. I just want to get the feel of everything and relax..
I havent been to Disney in 5 years.. Im going with my boy.. I'm 19 and hes 20... Ive been to Disney World 16 times so I know my way around but I was younger and my dad did all the planning.. I know its going to be really really busy when I'm there but I know if I do it right I can still do everything I want to do...

I'm only planning my first park day like this, reason being is my Aunt and her two kids are going to be @ Disney the same time we are.. (Shes leaving the 3rd) and since its our first day together I want to make sure we do everything I have planned for the day..

Look and see if this schedule is relastic for our first day in the parks.. Im concerned I won't be able to do all this and I know you can't get a fast pass for anytime you want.. So should I get my fast pass for Space Mountain BEFORE we leave or when we come back. Im afraid if i get it before we leave the time will be too early.. And if i get it when we return it will be too late to get a fastpass.. Someone give me some advice on that..

FRIDAY JULY 2ND PLANS

6:00 AM Wake up... Shower, Get dressed, eat breakfast in room.
7:45 AM Be at bus stop! NO LATER THAN 7:45!!!!!!!
8:00 AM Buses start running to get to Magic Kingdom. We get on the first bus that runs at 8. (We are located 5 miles from Magic Kingdom)
8:30 - 9:00 AM Arrive at Magic Kingdom
9:00 AM Quickly arrive to Adventureland entrance, Disney walk through Adventureland and walk towards Frontierland.
Get Fast Passes for Big Thunder Mountain and then Disney walk straight to Splash Mountain and wait in line and ride!
10:00 AM After riding Splash Mountain head back over to Adventureland and ride Pirates of the Carribean..
11:00 AM After riding Pirates of the Carribean head back over to Big Thunder Mountain and use our Fast Passes to ride Big Thunder. Maybe squeeze Small World before lunch.
12:00 PM Eat at Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch.
1:30 PM Head back over to Riverside resort for a break. Sleep, swim etc etc...
5:00 PM Eat at the foodcourt in Riverside for dinner..
6:00 PM Take the bus back to Magic Kingdom..
6:30 - 7:00 PM Arrive back in Magic Kingdom and head over to Tomrrowland and get fast passes for Space Mountain.. Then go straight to Fantasyland and watch Mickey's Phillardmagic.
8:00 PM Sit and find a spot to watch SpectroMagic
9:00 PM SpectroMagic begins.. Show length 20 mins
9:30 - 11:00 PM Use fastpasses to ride Space Mountain... Also squeeze in Snow Whites Scary Adventure before or after Space Mountain.
11:00 PM Head back over to Riverside and go to sleep!!!

I am pretty sure that July 2 is a Sunday, not a Friday (we are also going July 1-9).

The good news is that Sunday is EMH night at MK so you will be able to stay until 2:00 am. The bad news is it is the weekend before the 4th so it will probably be packed. We are also planning to go to MK that day.

Your schedule looks good to me. You have not squeezed too much in. You will probably be able to do a lot more at night because of EMH than you thought! If you can stay up, that is.
