Hi there. I got the following price from a AAA agent for a trip in January:

8 days, 7 nights at Beach Club
6 day parkhopper
Dining Plan
2 adults, 3 children (all under 9)
$4469.34 includes tax

Pricing it on the Disney website comes out to be $4874.49, so it seems that I'm getting a good deal from AAA.

However, I have a room only ressie at BCR that is for $2194.65 (including tax)
Add on $1202 for 5 six day park hopper tickets
For DDP, do you pay per DAY or per NIGHT? Those figures are $848 for 8 days or $742 for 7 nights.
Adding those three figures together (2194.65 + 1202 + 848= 4244.65)

So why the price difference? Is there something I'm forgetting to add in?

You know, that's a good question.
Does the Disney website automatically add in insurance?
But really, could insurance be the reason for the $600 difference I'm getting when comparing the Disney website quoted package and my individually put together components?

I'm leaning towards the view or class of room... are you sure you are comparing apples to apples?

Also - i find it odd that you're doing 7 nights, 8 days but only have 6 day park hoppers. Did they include Waterparks fun and more in your quote?

Something ain't right. Is the room only reservation AAA or something?

According to the Disney Website for January 10th to January 17th (7 nights) for two adults and 3 children under 9 ... the total comes up to : 2559.41$ ... not the 2194.65 you noted.

This is for a standard view room. Water view adds 551$ to that.

Your park tickets are 1202$ by my math. But 1452 if you add WPF&More.

When I do the math for the dining plan 37.99 per adult / 9.99 per child.. it comes out the same as yours.

Is any of this helpful?
