Need Help locating a Toy Story design

I was looking through some of the photobucket sites a few days ago and saw a Toy Story birthday disign. It had Woody and Buzz and said "Look who's 4!". My DD is turning 3 on Tuesday, so I wanted to make it for her. Of course, I forgot to bookmark it! I've been going back through, but I haven't been able to find it. Does anyone recognize it? Can you point me towards it or something similar?
