Need help getting on to DVC site:(

I have tried to log onto dvcmember.com but when I do they ask for an ID number and a password. I have the password postcard that was sent to me but don't recall getting another with an ID number. Is the Id number your member number from your dvc card? It doesn't look like it IT is so frustrating !!!!! Thanks so much

You should have received 2 separate cards in the mail. One card had the ID number(not the same as the one on your plastic membership card), and the other card had the PIN. If you did not receive both cards, I'm guessing you will have to call MS and get your PIN before you can log on to the site.

I had a very hard time getting on the site under my name and was also very frustrated. I finally gave up and registered under my husband's ID, and now it works fine.
