Need help from you mini-vanners

Hi,
Not being a parent, I've never rented a minivan before so I find myself in unknown waters now. I'm planning a WDW trip for May 4-10 and will need a rental car that can comfortably carry 5 full-sized adults. This sounds like a need for a minivan or large SUV, right? How much should I be looking to spend and has anyone seen or gotten any great deals/codes?

So the minivans tend to be cheaper that the large SUV's. There is just a larger minivan fleet for MCO rentals because they are a popular choice.

I'm not sure that I've rented at that time of year, but just to give you an idea, I tend to get minivans for anywhere from 189 - 350 for 7 days. I use all of the codes of mousesavers to try to find the best rate. Recheck weekly.

Then at exactly 2 weeks out, check daily. My rate for 1/19-1/25 went from 550 to 189 over the course of 3 months using some sweet alamo codes.

I have a minivan reserved through Budget for $300 (including tax). Its for 7 days in August.

That's a low peak week so you should get a decent deal. Check mousesavers.com for codes. I would say $299 for a week or less.
