I already purchased 3 1-day tickets for MK on WDW website using the will-call option so I can make my FP+ selection June 4th for our August trip. But then I realized that I have enough Airmiles points to get a basic 7-day MYW ticket for 'free'. To that basic 7 days ticket I was thinking of adding an extra 3 days, PH, WP and no-expiration options when will be at MK. Once I receive that ticket (shouldn't arrive before my my FP+ window opens unfortunately) what should I do? Unlink my 1-day ticket and then add my 7-day ticket? Would that delete my FP+ (I don't want to loose A&E and 7DMT if I can get them)? Have both linked? Or should I wait until next year when I will have enough points to order tickets for myself, DH and my oldest DD? We are planning on visiting WDW for a day or two every summer for the next few years so that's why I want the no expiration option. Also, DH is not a big Disney fan so visiting WDW for longer is not in the plans.

Finally, how much will it cost me to upgrade my basic 7 days to 10 days, PH, WP and no expiration?

Thank you for your help!

Thank you for your help!

1- You can, if your particular tickets CAN be upgraded (many can be.)

2- You won't have much trouble making advance FP+ (except for possibly the Frozen princesses.)

3- Don't unlink anything.

4- It won't, but having that extra ticket in MDE won't hurt anything.
Just have Guest Relations at WDW put your one-day ticket as the "lowest priority" in MDE.

5- You COULD "use" that one-day ticket
(having it in MDE) to book the Frozen princesses at the 30-day mark, even without
having your 7-day ticket in MDE yet.

6- I have no opinion on that.

7- 10-day Non-expiration is a GREAT use in multiple, very short trips.

8- Subtract the gate price of the ticket that you HAVE from the gate price of the ticket that you WANT.
Pay the difference price for the upgrade.
But do the upgrade ONLY AFTER USING your original ticket to go in to a theme park at least one time.

Thank you!

1. I was told on the Canadian forum that it is possible to upgrade those and some have done it themselves.

4. To put the priority on my 7 days ticket, should I visit guest relations before entering MK or can I do it after I enter the park at the same time that I do the upgrade? Which one will be use at the turnstiles if I wait?

8. Where can I find the price for the non-expiration option? I cannot find it on WDW website.

1. Sounds good.

4a. Before entering the first time. (Otherwise, the gate might use the wrong ticket.)

4b. No way to know.

8. Go HERE. Scroll down to the tickets that you intend to buy.
