Hello.
My DD7 and I will be staying at Disneyworld this november a couple of days before our 2nd Disney cruise. However, one of those days before the cruise will be a day devouted to SW. I have read your posts about getting on the Lynx to go to SW. Here is my question if I were to go from ASMO to Epcot via bus, then travel to TTC, is that where we would catch the lynx line 50? Also, at the TTC, would the ticketbooth for the lynx be there so we could get a single day pass? Thanks in advance.

I think you need to pay (cash) the bus driver (I don't know ) but I will - I am doing it this May.

I would definitely ask at the bus depost.

I would go the MK route - but you are probably correct - I think Epcot comes more often to the AS than MK bus.

to find out where the Lynx bus stops I would definitely ask at the bus depost.

this is the square building - before you reach the buses.

after you get off the monrail - go out the exit - then turn left after a while - turn right - - buses will be in front of you - the bus depost is besides you a little before the buses.

I don't think this place sells tickets for Lynx - they might - but I don't think so.

Thank you for all the info. I didn't know how much a taxi would be and hiring a towncar would be too expensive.

Or ASMO to MK via bus, then monrail to TTC, depending on which bus arrives first.

the Lynx ride will only cost $1.50 per person each way, so a day pass is hardly necessary. (perhaps $1.75 - the fare has gone up a few cents recently)

We took a taxi to SW a couple years back it was about $50.00 total. This year we are going to try the Lynx route. I'll let everyone know how I make out.

Thanks to all of you. It certainly will be cheaper than a taxi. kmermaid: Please write about the lynx adventure when you come back.

It did go up to $1.50 from what I remember Tyler posting a few weeks ago. It is an incredibly easy thing to do. According to the schedule that I have, the buses leave the TTC at about 18 and 48 past the hour. It takes about 20 minutes to get to SeaWorld. Tell the driver when you board the bus that you want to go to SeaWorld. You will be dropped at the entrance to the parking lot. Just cross it and go into the entrance. When it's time to leave, retrace your steps, but crossing the road this time. The bus stop is right across from the street from where you were dropped off at. It should be pretty much right at the entrance drive to the Reneisance Resort. The street isn't all that busy so it's not a big deal. Just look for the bus stop sign with the big ole Lnyx paw print on it.
And be sure to have exact change each way! I figure that $3 a person r/t is much better than $50 for a towncar service.
