Need Help From a Designer

I need to make some changes to it. Can a desinger help me out?

Looking to do the same design but with a white background instead of blue.
Any help is much appreciated!

Thanks! I'm thinking it must belong to a designer that no longer is desinging. But was hoping someone would re-create it for me with some changes. We leave in 19 days and are a group of 30. This is the design that they voted on for tshirts but we need to change the background and add some wording.
