Need help for T-shirt design for choir trip

Everybody's designs are soooo great. My DD (The Music Teacher) will be taking her choirs (along with the band/band director) to WDW again in May of this year. They usually design some kind of t-shirt and have them for the kids to wear on the day of their competition and performances in WDW. They are the Colonia High School Music Department (that's what should be represented in the design. They also like some kind of "music" themed quote on the back.

Any idea??? Thanks in advance for your talents and help.
