Need Help for Dog Lover ~ PLEASE!!!

A really good friend of mine is about to have to put her dog to sleep. They've had the dog for 11 years and it's really hard for her. This morning her 2 sons and her were going to the vet to say good-bye to the dog. I would really love to do something for her, but I don't know what. I thought if someone could add something to this picture and make it kind of like a memorial..... like her name, a border, I really don't have any good ideas. Anything anyone could come up with would be great. Her name is Princess and here is her picture. Thank you very much for anything you can do.
