Need help finding words

If my memory serves me right, there is a song called "Remember the Magic". It was the theme song for Walt's 100 birthday. If the title is indeed "Remember the Magic" I haven't been able to find the words. Can someone help me???? Even if you know the real title that would help so I don't keep looking.
