Well, the title pretty much says it all! I have a Canon Pixma IP6000D printer. I was looking:surfweb: at 2 websites - Myinkrefills and The Printer Ink Warehouse. Anybody ever buy from either of these places? :confused3 It would be about $20 at Myinkrefills.com and $28 at The Printer Ink Warehouse. Way cheaper than a store! I have 6 cart. that cost about $15 :scared1:each! Any help would be great as I need to order these today to get working on our Disney Trip T-shirts! :goodvibes Thanks!!

I have mine refilled at a place called Cartridge World. I have the type of ink cartridges that cannot be filled at walgreens, office depot or office max. Cartridge world refills mine for 50 to 75 % off. I know they have over 650 locations in the united states. I would check them out to see if that helps you any.

Just checked Cartridge World...they wouldn't tell me the price. :rolleyes1 He just said it would be about 35% off...crazy. Walgreens doesn't refill my type of printer. This printer drives me nuts. Prints great, costs a ton to refill! Any other ideas??? :confused3 I might stop in at Cartridge Warehouse this weekend if all else fails to try to get a price. How much did your ink cost there?

I have tried Walgreens and they overfilled both my color and black cartridges and handed them back to me and said they could never be used again. I told them I had just paid for these two new cartridges and that wasn't acceptable. After much arguing they gave me two new ones of their walgreens brand cartridges and the black one has never worked, I never got a reciept for them as they were comped and in the future I would go elsewhere. Just my experience. Has anyone ever tried to reuse an overfilled cartridge, I got them back just haven't tried to use them.

I got a continuous ink system for my HP printer over a year ago from ebay and not even half of the ink is gone. And I print a lot for school. If they make a system for your printer I would get it. I don't think it was that much money but it has probably saved me $100 so far.

I've used supermediastore for years without a problem.

Right now they have a 10% off of OEM ink sale going on for the next few days.

This is the coupon code:

48INK

PP mentioned the continuous ink system, if you are under warranty still I would not go that route. Last I knew they can sometimes void the warranty, depends on mfr--check before investing in the system. If you are out of warranty, then that is probably your best bet.

Don't know about Canon, but we have an HP and I've used carrotink.com and 4inkjets.com. I really liked 4inkjets. Lasted forEVER. Carrotink's refill hardly worked at all, but by the time I actually put the cartridges in (had much more ink than I thought I did when I ordered) it was well beyond any return/complaint timeframe.

Best part with the online places is that I clicked through a "rewards" site I use, and got some money back. :)

I refilled my Dell black cartridge at Walgreens...they said it failed the print test...anyway, I took it back home and it worked like a charm...free ink! SO, even if they overfill or say it doesn't work, give it a shot, it just might! Also, whenever I use any brand other than Dell, it says "ink cartridge empty" and I just bypass that code and it works great. Somehow there is a code on their cartridges to try and keep you from using generic brands...

Each Cartridge world is franchised. Every one in my area is different. I have my black cartridge filled for 10.99 and my colored ones, which there is 3, for 12.99 which is so much better than full price at the store for almost a 100.00. I go through alot of black ink for coupons.

I'm a big fan of Cartridge World - because they bring us lots of business :lmao::rotfl:

I work for an office equipment dealership and we have an inhouse repair shop were we work on all kinds of printers, faxes, copiers, etc. At least once a week we get a printer in our shop because of cartridge world's very poor quality cartridges. CW's laser toners are bad but their ink jet cartridges are worse :scared1:

There are good compatibles out there, I suggest using either OEM and just biting the bullet and paying the $$ or use a good quality compatible cartridge - not a refill
