Need help finding best options for Aug 2014

HI Everyone..

We havent been to Disney since 2008 and have decided to go in August 2014. It will be myself and my 2 kids (ages 12 and 16). My tentative dates are Aug 12-20 (the 12th can be flexible, but we have to be back by the 20th). I have a flight credit, so that part will be taken care of already, but looking for best deals for hotel and ticket. We want to stay and would love Art of Animation, but am thinking of splitting between a value and 2 or 3 nights at a deluxe...

Any help or tips would be great!

There's a summer discount that will cover your dates. It's for up 30%-off on deluxe resorts but as low as only 10%-off at the values. If you stay at any resort longer than 5 nights, Disney will tack another 5%-off your total price, so doing a split stay may not be the best idea.

Go to the Disney World website and scroll down about halfway. Click on the "Explore Our Special Offers" link. You will want the Save More When You Stay Longer offer.

We are going in August. We are staying at the Poly for $212 per night inclusive of all taxes and $190 per night at the Wilderness Lodge. Our travel agent got us a great rate. The Disney web site was charging over $400 per night at the Poly.
