Need Help Finding a good Hotel

Hi, we are going to Disney in July, however we need to stay offsite. We are wanting to find something inexpensive, but descent.. it doesn't have to be perfect.. but would like for it to be clean. We are only gonna be there to sleep.. as we will be at Disney all day every day. We are driving ourselves.. so distance isn't a big deal either. As long as it's within reason of course. probably no more than 20 minutes from the parks. Any suggestions would be great!

I'd also include Cypress Pointe in Spiceycat's list. It is on Hotel Kingdom and is very close to the parks and restaurants and...you will have much more room than a regular hotel.

You could try hotelmartusa.com. They usually have Comfort Suites Main Gate East for around $79. It will sleep 6 and has a free deluxe continental breakfast. My mom stayed there and liked it. There was a recent review of it up above on the hotel review board.

We are staying a couple of nights offsite at the end of our stay. We booked Orlando Vista right outside Downtown Disney. We used priceline (2 1/2 star upscale) and got $42 a night.

It used to be the Doubletree. It changed names in January 2007. The reviews are good from these forums as well as Len Testa from Unofficial Guide.

They have kid suites available (kid sized rooms, tv's etc within the regular rooms that will accommodate up to 3 kids). I think there is also a continental breakfast. Their web is www. orlandovista. com (no spaces)

Have a blast. I know there is an outdoor pool and the outside is loudly painted. I believe they also offer a shuttle to parks.
