Need help finding a camera!!

Hi I currently have a Kodak camera it takes good pictures. But the night pictures are just ok. I know how to use the settings on it but it still doesn't make the pictures that bright in low light and night time pictures. I am looking for a good camera that takes good night pictures and isn't too expensive. Can anyone help? Sorry if this has been asked a million times.

what size are you willing to accept and what is not too expensive ? The types of P&S cameras that can handle low light tend to be larger and more expensive than the smaller compacts.

The size doesn't matter and probably under $250.

that might be a tough order. how about the Panasonic FZ28 ?

it's under $300 and can take decent night time pics without a flash but .....
you have to learn how to use the manual settings and how to use a photo editing program for acceptable night action pics.
