Need help figuring out the name of this 80's song!

This is my 1st post on the community board. But you guys seem to be full of so much information I thought maybe you could help my DD out.

It is a song that i think is from the late 80's (maybe very early 90's). All we now is the very 1st couple lines which say (or yell) "hay, hay, you, you, get into my car Who me? yeah you, get into my car"

then the thats how it starts. It's on the tip of my tongue and i think i used to own it on cassette but??? any ideas??
