I can't get my Le Cellier Reservation so I need to know, What is your favorite Epcot restaurant (Not including Le Cellier). My Trip is in 10 days and I need to try to find a ressie somewhere. :sad1:

We have never been to Epcot so any help is appreciated!!

PS I do have a Ressie at Rose and Crown but I have read bad things about it on these boards

We thought Marrakesh was good. The belly dancing and musicians were pretty neat. The food was fine.

San Angel was okay, too. The atmosphere is different and I felt like we were worlds away from the crowds and heat.

We had a really bad experience at Chefs de France. The service, atmosphere and food there was not all that good. While we were there, the whole restaurant seemed completely chaotic. But of course that could have been a fluke.

Good luck and please let us know what you think.

Keep checking with the October cancellations and transfers thread. I just got a reservation with CRT from a WONDERFUL person who went over and beyond for us! I also got a Le Cellier lunch reservation from another wonderful Dis'er.
These were the only 2 places I couldn't get myself. I never dreamed I would get CRT only 2 days before we leave for vacation!

So don't give up!! Keep calling disney dining and check for cancellations, and check the cancellation thread also.

My opinion on Epcot restaurants..
My dd LOVES The Beirgaten. If that's your type of food (german), it's a great place, wonderful and fun atmosphere. I personally, am not a fan of german food, but I find things I like well enough.

I liked Chefs de France (and so did DD). Atmosphere was nice, and the food was very good. We've only been there once, and plan on going again the time too. Some people don't like it though.

Coral Reef is a can't beat atmosphere, but I've found the food hit or miss. We go every time though, for dd.

San Angel is very pretty, but both me and dd thought the food was terrible. We LOVE mexican... San Angel didn't come close.
Never ate at Rose and Crown, no desire too, especially after reading the reviews here.

I would pay you NOT to go to the Garden Grill (ok, not really ;) ).. it was, by far the worst dining experience we've ever had at Disney or anywhere.
It's terrible when you've had an experience so bad you wouldn't even consider a second chance, but that's how I feel about the Garden Grill.

Ankershaus was nice character interaction with the princesses. Food was decent, but not great.

I'm pretty sure that's all we tried.

Remember, you can always hop the monorail at Epcot and go to a Monorail resort for dinner too. We had reservations at Ohana's one night, and decided to take the monorail rather than the car, and we were there in no time!

Good Luck!

I would add even check for ADRs when you're there. We've done a few spur of the moment "Call and let's see if they've got anything" meals and have managed to get into various places. (Not CRT...we've never bothered...figure since sis and I are over 30, we'll let little girls have it. :) )

My favorite restaurant in Epcot is Nine Dragons in China. Even though it isn't the best Chinese food, it is still very good... much better than my neighborhood Chinese restaurant! :woohoo:

We eat at Rose and Crown every trip and love it. Their leek soup is one of the best we have ever had.

We have also eaten in Germany and enjoyed the buffet meal.

Le Cellier is one of the tougher ADR's to get, but keep trying, some people cancel last minute. If you're looking for another table service, you can't go wrong with Biergarten. Huge buffet selection, the entertainment is great, and you might be able to snag an ADR for it still. Good luck!
