Need Help--Disney Party

Not sure if this is the right place or not.

I am taking a group of Seniors next year to Disney for their trip. WE are booking rooms through DVC.

To make it more special I thought about have a Fantasmic or Illuminations dessert party. I called today to inquire and was told that to go through the School or Group packages I would need 25 people or at least pay for the 25.

Is there another way to book a dessert party? Trying to keep it in budget--we will only have 18-20 people total.

What dessert choices did you have...if you dont' mind me asking what was your per person price?

They have preset menus that start from $23 per person, but you can pick almost anything you want....for a price.

We ended up creating our own menu of desserts that was $35 per person. You can see more detail here:

Just remember, that per person cost was just for the desserts. It doesn't include location rental, set-up fee, small party fee (for parties less than 10), taxes, gratuity....

The per person fees only accounted for about a 3rd of my total cost.
