Hi Everyone! We are heading to Orlando and our family can't seem to make up there mind on what to do.

Here are our options -

1.) Disney park hopper with water parks - We did disney the past 2 years - have not been to the water parks though

or

2,)Discovery Cove, Seaworld, Aquatica and Universal's Island of adventure - We have been to Seaworld about 2 years ago but haven't been to rest of the parks listed.

What do you guys think?

Thanks Everyone!

We loved Discovery Cove when we went, but it can be pricey. If you've never been to Universal, I say give it a shot. You could end up loving it. I'm indifferent about the waterparks. Because we live near places where there are plenty of water parks such as Hersheypark, Knoebels, and Wildwood, we like to do the things in Orlando that we wouldn't get a chance to do back at home. But if you don't have the opportunity to go to other water parks often, it could be a good experience for your group, too :o

I think you can't go wrong with either choice, everyone will have fun. I'd say lean towards option 2 if you want to mix it up some but I have a hard time deviating from Disney when we're there. Also, if your kids are not big thrill ride enthusiasts, you can still have a lot of fun with option 2 but there are more ride limitations at Universal than at WDW.

What ages are your children? Our girls are 7 & 4 and it would be a waste to go to IoA for us. We went when they were both free and it was very annoying having to child swap for EVERY single ride.
If your kids are older and love rides then both choices are great. But if you've never been to Disney - I would say WDW.

Disney park hopper with water parks. Disney's water parks are gems.

It depends on the ages of your children, my 4 yr old can't do much at Discovery Cove so I am opting for Disney this go round. I do love sea world and Aquatica! If you do Aquatica I recommend a Cabana it was nice to have a private centralized place for everyone.
