Need help deciding on shuttle/van service

Hmm, I thought planning my itinerary once I was at the park was tough - GETTING to the hotel seems to be tougher!! So many options!

Ok, here are the stats: DH, myself, dd4 & dd11 mo will be needing to get to WLV from MCO. Towncar, no problem, one way. Now here is the dilema. DSis is meeting us later so she needs to get to the hotel & we are ALL going back to MCO for our return together. So I need:

Transportation for 4 from MCO to WLV
Transportation for 1 from MCO to WLV

Transportation for 5 from WLV to MCO

So I can't do a round trip in a town car. I DO NOT want to be in a shuttle that stops a zillion places along the way. I just want to go right to my final destination (ooops, I take that back - I do want the grocery stop on the way ) Can I get a shuttle for just our group or does it always have to be shared?

I guess I just need to pick a company that seems well recommended by this board & have them arrange it all for me. I just want to make sure I am getting a good deal & will not have any weird hidden charges. I don't mind paying a tip, but I don't want to find out I have to pay tolls or other weird charges.

I think if you price it out renting a car will be cheaper than a shuttle. It cost more for our family of 4 to take a shuttle round trip than to rent a car for 10 days. Plus you then get the flexibility of hitting grocery stores, etc...

You can get some great tips and discount codes on this board. I've rented with National my last 3 trips and had fantastic service

I have nearly the identical problem except there are 11 of us in total. This makes it even harder because a limo only fits 10! We arrive in Orlando at nearly the same time but will depart at different times. There are so many different opinions here too as to which service to use. Everyone has had good and bad service from each of them!
