Need help dealing with a complaint

I thought about the small claims, but I am not sure the stress is worth it. Our out of pocket was $350.00. The TA that was helping us made it worse with DCL. Again, a company that would not miss us if we left. Since I do all the planning I think I was more upset that we had lost a cruise that we (I) really wanted to go on. DH and kids are happy we could afford any DCL cruise.
 
We got one bag at our doorway that teen DD was like "how did they even manage to do that to it? They've totally bent the frame."


Easy. Luggage is designed to hold things in, not support a lot of weight for extended periods.
When someone loaded the bag at some point, most likely it was not sitting flat,probably on an angle, probably near the bottom, with a lot of heavier bags on top.If it assumed that position more than once between the terminal and the cabin, it was prob inevitable.

Our last cruise, my other halfs bag came back off the ship missing 1 wheel.That takes talent to remove only 1 wheel.
