Need Help Confirming my Reservation....

Hello Disers,

I made my reservation by exchanging points through RCI at the BWV. I need to confirm my reservation so I can get my reservation number to do my ADR's and ME, but I want to know if I can do this online, since I cannot make LD calls in my office and by the time I arrive home it is too late to do it.

I can't answer your question about confirming and getting you confirmation number online, however, you should not need your confirmation number in order to make your ADRs or your ME reservation. For ME you will need your flight numbers.

I can't claim any personal experience, but I remember reading a post on here that as an RCI trade into DVC, you can call Member Services. Not permitted to post the 800 number here on DIS, but you can probably find it with Google. The worst they can say is sorry, we can't help you.

The only way to look anything up through a Disney web site is to put your reservation number, arrival date, and name in.

I thought RCI traders could call MS. If that's the case, they should be able to use the 1-800 number. And it should be on the reservation somewhere.

You have to call MS to get the DVC reservation # which they usually can give you starting the Tues after you make the exchange unless it's only a day or so before you call. Recently they had issues and it took a couple of extra days.

The OP is in Mexico, and the 800 number may not be available in that country.

The good news is that Member Services is open 7 days a week (except holidays) so the OP should be able to call from home on his/her day off.
