DH has direct deposit for his paycheck. On friday his amount that was depostied in our account was 644.36 LESS then what his paystub with copy of voided check said on it. He told the lady in payroll his deposited amount was short and she said that he had 3 days of vacation time a few weeks ago (these were days that were APPROVED and he was told he had the time), and he did not actually have the time so they took it out of his pay. OK so NOW our taxes and income are not correct! The amount for the three days does not NOT even equal that amount. We have nothing that reflects this transaction. Is this even leagal? How can they do that? There response was, file a greivence. Well, he still has an unresolved greivence from March of 2009.
