Need help ASAP!! Is there a website that I can find out date of death for someone?

I am in a real estate closing and I need to know a date of death of a seller, someone is telling me there is a site I can type in their name and find the info?

Try doing a google search of their name and the city they lived in as well as a realted term such as obituary

You can also check either online or by calling your county clerk's office. Do a Google search for "(Your county name) county clerk office"

Social Security Death Index - google that. Of course, sometimes the death had to occur a while ago, as it takes awhile for it to get on the index.
