I am sooooo very upset right now. Every step of the reservation process by phone with WDW has been a nightmare!!!!!! The first time I made 2 sets of reservations and it took me 4 CALLS!!!! I don't understand. I even sent a complaint to the BBB as well as the Disney Company. Now I'm trying to change the dates and the rep I spoke to put me on hold for 40 MINUTES!!!!!! She never checked on me, just put me on hold. I had had enough when she came back and just requested to cancel both reservations! Has anyone else had these kind of issues with the reservations people?? Also is it really worth it to stay at Disney or could we just stay off site and be ok? This whole process has made me sick!
I have VERY simple requests.....2 rooms with 2 adults in 1 and 1 adult and 2 kids in the other, park hopper tickets and deluxe dining.....it shouldn't be this hard!!!! Any suggestions???? Oh and during my 1st call to WDW I talked to a supervisor that was terrible. I am so easy to please but these people do NOT have the "spirit" of Disney!
