Need help: 1 bedroom AKV Jambo House confusion!

I cut and pasted the room descriptions from the WDW website for the following Jambo House rooms (ALL are 1 bedroom: value, standard or Savanna)

We definitely want both the sleep sofa AND the sleep chair. That rules out the value. Now I am confused between the standard and savanna. If you read the WDW descriptions below you will see that BOTH standard and savanna say they accommodate 5, but ONLY the standard mentions having a twin size sleep chair. No such chair is mentioned in the description for the savanna view, which is what we really want. I do want a guarantee that we will have BOTH sleep sofa and sleep chair. While we are only a family of 4, my son and daughter do not sleep well in a bed together. Why is no twin sleep chair listed for the savanna view? Please read the descriptions below and tell me your thoughts, thanks!

kidani has the sleeper chair AND the extra bathroom, but i think all jambo 1BRs (except for value villas) have the sleeper chair.

Do the Jambo House 1 bedrooms have washer/dryer? Leaning towards Jambo for the more central location on a short 4 day trip. But would consider Kidani also.

All Jambo 1BRs except the values have the sleeper chair. All 1BRs, values included, have a washer/dryer. All Jambo 1BRs have one bathroom with a combined tub and shower; all Kidani 1BRs have two bathrooms with a separate tub and shower in the master bath.

All 1-bedroom and larger units in every DVC Resort have a washer/dryer. OKW will have full sized machines, all other resorts will have smaller stacked machines.
