Need good thoughts-In ER, cruise in 7 days

I have a staph infection in my finger that 3 rounds of antibiotics haven't fixed. At the Cleveland Clinic ER to be possibly admitted for IV antibiotics. I told the doctor I didn't care what they did but I was leaving for vacation 6/26 whether they liked it or not (in a joking way). He's going to consult with the lead doctor and let me know if they're going to admit me.

Sending positive thoughts that the IV antibiotics work. Take care of your health first staph infections can be serious. You can always cruise. A cruise isn't worth losing a finger or hand over.

Hour which way?? I'm an hour west by Sandusky!!! I see a dr in Avon for my MCTD (mostly scleroderma) through university hospitals. Here's hoping a speedy recovery and antibiotics do the trick!!

update-They let me go home! After seeing 7, yes SEVEN doctors, three of which were hand surgeons, they sent me home with a two week antibiotic prescription. I also had one bag of IV antibiotics.
