Need gate on walkway at SSR to DS.

They need to install a gate only accessible to those staying at SSR on the walkway to DS. Last weekend DH and I were in the hot tub at about 12:30 in the morning when we watched a group of people come from the direction of DS. They had shopping bags with them and they processed to grab a bunch of towels and head to the bathroom only to find out the bathrooms were locked. And they ended up leaving. I got out to see where they were headed and they walked back over to DS. Clearly not hotel guest and DS was closed.

Even if they put up a gate on the bridge to DS, people can still get into SSR by walking along the roadway and coming in at almost any point. Then there are the golf paths and the bridge next to the putting green that would need to be secured. The location of this resort causes the issues and is always going to have issues with the public accessing/using the resort pools.

Not much different than BWVs. I really wish all the pools were room key accessible.

But the resorts are open to all guests not just those staying there. We eat at almost all resorts and visit many for shopping. I can't see Disney turning guests away

Guess they didn't want to switch that bad. Just drop trowel and put on suit. Oh wait that's my college years coming out again.
The gates work on main pools but that one is not so not much to stop it.
