Need for March 16-23

We're wanting to go 7 nights in between March 16-23. There will be 2 adults and 2 children! I'm not sure of the best place to stay. My mom is in an electric scooter so we need SOME room to move around! Accepting advice/suggestions for points to buy and where to stay!

Will she be able to walk around in the room or will she need to use the scooter to get around the room. If she can walk those short "in room" distances, any of the DVC resorts will be OK. If she needs to be stay in the scooter in the room, the OKW villas are the largest and are easier for a wheelchair or scooter to manouver.
If you plan to go most to Epcot or the Studio, BW or BC have boat transportation or a nice walking (or driving) path to the parks.
