I waited too long to make up my mind and want to purchase a PH from Undercovertourist. If I choose the emailed ticket version can I still upgrade this ticket to a DVC annual pass when we get there? Thanks for any help, I know it's a busy weekend!

Yes.
There is no difference in privileges between the "hard ticket" and the eMail version.
