You might want to check with The Timeshare Store. They are a site sponsor and expert in DVC contracts. There is also a ROFR thread in this forum that will assist as well.

The ROFR thread indicates what is and isn't getting past Disney in resale currently. I would say any contract within $10 of those prices and not stripped of current points is a reasonable deal.

Thaks - yes, that is what used in the end. Was looking for my first DVC contract and decided a 100 point BWV one was what we wanted.

First offer was turned down (they were sticking at $90 per point), kept looking and just had an offer accepted on a different one for $83 per point - now with Disney for the dreaded ROFR process!
