Okay, so I know my title isn't very informative, but I don't know how to make it better. Sorry!
First of all, I just want to say hello to everyone - this is my first post on the Weddings board, and I'm glad to be here!
I have an interesting situation, and I was wondering if you-all could help me figure out what to do. My fiance and I want to get married at WDW in August. However, their wedding packages just don't work for us. We've both been married before, and so we don't really feel entitled to a "real" wedding. On the other hand, we don't want to go to a courthouse and see a JP either - we want something more magical than that. But it will likely just be the two of us, and so there's no need for the reception, etc., that the packages provide.
Is it possible to get married out at WDW without having to do one of their wedding packages? Does anyone know what my options are? I'm sure I can call the WDW wedding planners and ask them, but thought I'd see if any of you could help before I made that call.
Or should I just give up on the whole idea and get married on the beach or something (we'll be staying in Daytona)?
