Last minute trip, no Frozen FPP.
I need an itinerary STAT!

Should I arrive at Epcot before RD and race to Frozen. How long will that likely eat into my morning? Or just skip it and catch it on a later trip to WDW?
Should I then get a FPP for TT or Soarin? Both still have some availability.
It's just me and my three young sons.

I would concentrate on Soarin and TT. You could plan to hit one at Rope Drop, and FP the other. Then you can do the other things in FW which are fun for your three DS, like Nemo and Turtle Talk. I am guessing they are not real into Frozen, so I would not bother with it if that is the case.

We just rope dropped Epcot earlier this week. We were there about 8.20am and let in shortly after. We waited less than 10 minutes in the frozen line and were back out by 8.59am! Worked great for us!

We RD FEA in September and it was about a 30 min wait. Not too bad but not a must do unless you have a big Frozen fan with you. FP TT as those lines tend to be the longest. Soarin was by far everybody's favorite for us, including my 4 year old.
