Need easy to use web publishing software

Hi can anyone suggest an easy to use web publishing program that needs very little knowledge of HTML ? I have a program that comes with my site host but it is very basic and difficult to place things where I want. I have tried Dreamweaver and I find it to complex. I am not interested in flash players etc at this stage in my limited knowledge

I use Adobe Golive. It is great and has a similar interface to other Adobe products.
